In Bora Bora
We had a really fabulous sail (spinnaker all the way) across to Bora Bora yesterday. It was good to meet up lots of boats we know and we're looking forward to exploring the island. Meanwhile here's a last video from Raiatea:
All we know is that the music if a bit of soundtrack from the film 'The Holiday'. Glad you enjoyed the views of Raiatea.
We're connected to free wifi at the moment at a 'marina' called the Mai Kai (it's really a restaurant with 15 moorings) in Bora Bora so can upload the videos and photos. One video would be more than 2 months' data on the sat phone!
Hope to get some more video here to upload before we leave.
Hi there, Bora bora has always been our phrase for idyllic place....even in Scotland! So hope it lives up to that, but you seem to have had lots of experiences of perfect islands! When you get to NZ I'll send you Keith and Alan s emails and places. Alan is near Kerikeri in north island and Keith in Wanaka in s. island I'm watching your blog frequently and with great interest. Love Sue the god mum one!
